Grade 8 Scholarships 2026

Academic Scholarship

If your child consistently achieves an academic average of 80%, he or she may apply for an Academic Scholarship. The value of this scholarship ranges from 10-50% of the annual tuition fees, and pupils entering Grade 8 are eligible.

Sport & Culture Scholarships

This Scholarship is awarded annually to pupils who have demonstrated remarkable talent on the stage or the sports field. The value of this Scholarship ranges from 10-50% of the annual tuition fees, and pupils entering Grade 8 are eligible.

The Izingwe Scholarship

This Scholarship is valued at up to 100% of the tuition fee and maybe awarded annually to an exceptional academic candidate who displays noteworthy academic, sport and all-round ability, and epitomises the Felixton Collegiate across all aptitudes.

Application Process

To apply for a 2026 Grade 8 Scholarship, please present your completed Application for Admission Form and supporting documents in a sealed envelope - to Felixton College’s main reception by Friday, 7 March at noon. This should be clearly marked Grade 8 Academic/Sport/Culture/Izingwe Scholarship 2026.

Request this Application Pack by emailing Mrs Angelique Wright at applyfc@felixtoncollege.co.za or calling 035 791 1267. Your email subject should be Academic/Sport/Culture/Izingwe Scholarship 2026 along with the name of the pupil.

Application deadline for all 2026 Scholarships: Friday, 7 March 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: Successful applicants will be invited to attend the exam in writing.
